Job Title : Fabrication Machine Operator

FLSA Status : Non-Exempt

The 109 FAB Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining fabrication equipment to produce high-quality aluminum parts. This role ensures that production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Operate fabrication machinery including saws, presses, benders, and CNC equipment.
• Load and unload materials and parts onto machines.
• Monitor machine operation and report any issues to supervisor.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and production schedules.
• Measure and inspect finished parts to ensure they meet specifications.
• Document production data and report any issues to the supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
