Audio Visual Technician

We are seeking a skilled AV Technician to join our team and support conference room upgrades while providing daily break / fix AV support in a professional office environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms , strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to oversee or assist with wall-mounted display installations.

This role requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who can resolve issues efficiently and keep systems running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and manage AV support tickets in a timely manner
• Provide break / fix support for projectors, displays, and conference room AV systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain Teams Rooms and Zoom Rooms, including top-level issue diagnosis
• Oversee and assist with installation and replacement of wall-mounted displays
• Maintain accurate documentation of AV issues, repairs, and system changes
• Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams to resolve issues and complete projects
