Qualifications :

• 3 years experience working in heavy civil and / or industrial construction with in-depth knowledge of processes, materials, and equipment.
• Must be currently living in the Greater St. Louis area.
• The ideal candidate has experience in a leadership role.

Job responsibilities include :

Compensation : The starting compensation range is $90,000 to $130,000. Starting pay is commensurate with experience.

Benefits : Full health insurance for the employee and family with company paid premiums, flexible paid time off, paid holidays, long-term disability coverage, and a 401k.
