Parts Manager

Best Line Equipment is currently seeking a Parts Manager to work at our West Chester, PA location. We are an authorized dealer of major industry manufacturers including Bobcat®, Doosan, JLG®, Dynapac, Hustler, Stihl® and many more. Our professionals are dedicated to helping our customers find exactly what they need and are there to help with whatever they need in the future.

Responsibilities :

• Perform inventory adjustments.
• Fix purchase orders and watch the daily invoices for discrepancies.
• Approve employee timecards and time off requests for payroll.
• Submit warranty claims for all warranty work.
• Work directly with the public, including serving customers in the store or by telephone.
• Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining records, reports, and files and processing the paperwork to service managers and the accounting department.

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Three years' experience with hydraulic and electrical systems on construction and industrial equipment

Excellent customer service skills

Valid Driver's License

Job Type / Compensation : Full-time; $70,000 - $80,000 annually
