A company is looking for a Lead Generation Manager, a strategic leader responsible for optimizing lead generation processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee database research, lead collection, and quality control processes

Supervise and train a team of researchers to meet standards and targets

Collaborate with teams to ensure accurate lead generation and provide performance updates

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or database research role

Minimum of 2 years' experience supervising or leading staff, preferably remotely

Strong command of CRM and marketing automation tools

Proven experience with data analysis and reporting

Fluent in English, with intermediate to advanced skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
