Responsibilities

MV Transportation is seeking a Quality Assurance Inspector for the Quality Assurance program of local operations in compliance with State and Federal regulations and corporate and client policies.

Job Responsibilities :

Perform monthly vehicle audit inspections of 20% of the following equipment by division :

• Support Vehicles
• Revenue fleet
• Fire suppression systems on equipment
• Preform inspection of : client files, fleet records, fluid sample records and sampling procedures, training records, fleet watch records, and DVIR records.
• Utilize inspection forms, procedures and check off sheets.
• Inspect for : contract adherence, SOP adherence, training adherence, safety and OSHA adherence.
• Preform facility inspections to include : Hazmat, MSDS, SPCC, others as assigned.
• Must be computer literate.
• Utilize computer for documenting findings via excel or word spread sheets.
• Must be able to work evenings and or weekend shifts.
• Must be able to work at multiple locations.
• Must be able to meet timelines.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to read and understand both written and verbal communications.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Talent Requirements :

Starting pay rate : $37 - $42.76 / hour
