As a Social Worker MSW, you will conduct clinical assessments to understand the bio-psychosocial needs of patients and their families. You will provide essential information and short-term therapeutic counseling, developing tailored intervention plans that address social, psychological, financial, and familial situations. Your role will involve :
Documentation of group therapy and various care activities in patient charts will be crucial, in adherence to departmental policies and the National Association of Social Workers’ Code of Ethics.
Education Requirements :
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
Licensure / Certification Requirements :
Must be licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate (LCSWA) in North Carolina.
Professional Experience Requirements :
No prior experience is required.
Knowledge / Skills / and Abilities Requirements :
Possession of strong interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively, and the capacity to handle crisis situations effectively.

Work Type : Per Diem, Standard Hours Per Week : 4.00
Salary Range : $26.59 - $38.23 per hour (Hiring Range), determined by experience and internal equity.
Work Schedule : Weekend
Position is exempt from overtime.
