- Standards of Practice : You will utilize the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver competent nursing care.\n
- Assessment : Collect relevant data and information about patients' health situations.\n
- Diagnosis : Analyze assessment data for potential diagnoses or issues.\n
- Outcomes Identification : Define expected outcomes individualized for each patient.\n
- Planning : Develop and adjust plans of care to achieve expected results.\n
- Implementation : Carry out the care plan effectively.\n
- Coordination of Care : Ensure seamless transitions in patient care.\n

You will be accountable for your actions and expected to lead in your professional setting.\n\nQualifications\n\nEducation : Required graduation from an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. All new hires must have current BCLS certification or obtain within one month of hire.\n\nExperience : Experience in nursing is essential, and advancement through the SPIRE clinical advancement program is encouraged.\n\nLicensure : Must be a licensed and registered nurse in Connecticut. Clinical specialty certification is highly preferred.\n\nSpecial Skills : Embrace opportunities for advancement and skill development as you grow in your nursing career.\n\nPhysical Demands : This role requires prolonged standing, walking, and the ability to assist with lifting patients weighing between 5 to 300 pounds.
