What You Will Do :
- Collaborate with practice leadership to shape go-to-market strategies and create sales enablement content.
- Manage opportunity pipeline from initial prospecting through deal closure.
- Prepare for and participate in executive-level meetings, delivering tailored presentations and compelling value propositions that resonate with client priorities.
- Translate technical concepts into strategic business outcomes for C-suite decision-makers.
- Lead workshops, demos, and client education sessions to foster understanding of process intelligence and its long-term impact.
What You Will Need :
Experience with Celonis Process Intelligence or similar process mining platformsBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum five (5) years of experience in sales engineering, technology consulting, or enterprise SaaS solutionsStrong communication and executive presence with ability to influence senior stakeholdersProven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environmentsUnderstanding of process mining, process intelligence, and digital transformation conceptsComfort with data-driven storytelling and building ROI-based proposalsWhat Would Be Nice To Have :
Master's degree or MBAExperience with public sector and regulated industry clientsExperiencing with large scale system modernization or ERP migration projectsCelonis certifications or completion of Celonis Academy training tracksPrior experience in public sector or regulated industriesBackground in consulting and practice developmentThe annual salary range for this position is $118,000.00-$196,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
