Junior Marketing Coordinator

Switch Electric is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator with experience in the construction industry. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about marketing. You'll play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, engage clients, and support business growth. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager to execute campaigns, create compelling content, and contribute to high-impact marketing initiatives in an innovative and growing company.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with the Senior Vice President of Mission Critical and Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Create engaging content for social media, website, and marketing materials tailored to the construction and electrical industries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing strategies for recruitment, events, and client outreach.
• Assist in the planning and execution of events, including trade shows, company-sponsored activities, and community initiatives.
• Visit job sites to capture marketing materials such as testimonials, photos, and videos.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform and refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
