We’re building the go-to-market team for Base44, an AI-powered software development platform recently acquired by Wix. As our first Senior Tech Partnerships Manager, you’ll be responsible for identifying, establishing, and nurturing strategic technology partnerships that accelerate our growth and amplify our platform’s impact.

This role is ideal for a dynamic, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is passionate about building ecosystems around pioneering AI technology. You’ll play a foundational role in scaling our business, shaping our partner strategy, and working closely with both internal stakeholders and external partners. As our first partnerships leader, you’ll collaborate with our founders and Wix leadership to maximize Base44’s presence and value in the broader tech landscape.

Responsibilities :

Develop and execute Base44’s technology partnerships strategy, identifying opportunities that drive adoption, expansion, and joint value creation.

Source, evaluate, and establish alliances with leading technology vendors, platforms, system integrators, and developer communities.

Negotiate and close partnership agreements that advance our business and technical objectives.

Serve as the principal point of contact for key partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring successful collaboration and execution.

Co-develop go-to-market initiatives with partners, from joint launches and integrations to field enablement and co-marketing campaigns.

Collaborate with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership to align partnership goals with business priorities and user needs.

Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance, continuously optimizing for impact and ROI.

Act as an advocate for partners within Base44, capturing feedback and identifying opportunities to extend our platform and ecosystem.

Qualifications

7+ years in partnerships, business development, or alliances at a B2B technology company, preferably in SaaS, AI, developer tools, or cloud platforms.

Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and managing successful technology partnerships that deliver measurable business outcomes.

Strong understanding of the SaaS and AI ecosystem, with experience working on integrations, APIs, and technical solution alignment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker who can independently drive initiatives from concept to execution in a startup environment.

Experienced in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with sales, product, and leadership teams.

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools.

Bonus : Experience in developer relations, platform ecosystems, or building joint product integrations.

We’re Base44, a newly acquired part of Wix, on a mission to change how software gets built. Our AI-powered platform allows anyone to create custom software applications using natural language—no traditional coding required. We operate like a startup within Wix : fast-moving, collaborative, and focused on solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions.

As our first sales hire, you’ll play a key role in shaping our go-to-market approach, working closely with our founders and Wix leadership to bring this transformative technology to market.

The approximate annual base compensation is $144,000 to $176,000. In addition to the base pay this role includes competative variable compensation earned and company RSUs as part of the compensation package.

The final package may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
