Your Role at impact.com : Senior Technology Partner Manager

Partnerships are at the heart of impact.com, not just enabling thousands of brands to develop their own partnerships, but making sure we are a leading partner in our own right. Sitting within impact.com's Channel Partnerships organization, impact.com's Technology Partnerships team's mission is to leverage impact.com's partnerships with fellow tech companies to drive business opportunities and best-in-class customer experiences.

Sr. Tech Partner Managers are responsible for launching and maintaining relationships with impact.com's partners, in particular ecommerce and payment platforms. As well as supporting larger team initiatives, specifically impact.com's partner event strategy. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with other Tech Partner Managers, product and engineering, marketing, legal, sales, and success. This is a vital role for the Tech Partnerships team, requiring a blend of business development, account management, and product skills, and is a great foundation for a career in product partnerships.

What You'll Do :

  • Sr. Technology Partnership Managers are responsible for co-developing the strategy, building highly engaged tech partnerships, driving revenue outcomes for impact.com through a network of integrated partners - particularly ecommerce and payment platforms.
  • You will oversee and participate in integrating and launching new technology partner types and maximize existing technology relationships that help elevate impact.com.
  • As an individual contributor and will provide direction and empower other team members to actively engage and establish new technology partners, through collaboration with Product squads that manage the integration development and our API infrastructure.
  • The Technology Partnerships team should escort tech partners through an established partnership framework while measuring key outcomes such as net new launched partnerships, growth in customer adoption of integrations, and net new revenue generated from our technology partners.

What You Have :

  • 2-8+ years of experience in business development / sales / account management or related experience.
  • 2-5+ years of experience in a technology or product partnerships team
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Event organizing experience - the ability to deliver high-end, in-person events which contribute to sales goals.
  • An exceptional communicator - written and verbal; you put time and energy into your communications and enjoy speaking with people.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; you're capable of managing a large number of concurrent tasks without dropping balls.
  • A natural networker; you thrive on talking to people, forging connections, and selling things you believe in.
  • An energetic self-starter, and are hungry - for wins, for growth, for success, for knowledge.
  • Preferred : Experience in the partnership / affiliate / influencer marketing industry, or in digital marketing.
  • Salary range :

    $120,000.00 - $135,400.00

    This is the pay range the Company believes is equitable for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
