We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead commercial mechanical construction projects in Southern New Mexico. This full-time position requires a skilled professional with a strong background in design-build and CMAR (Construction Manager at Risk) project delivery methods.

Responsibilities include overseeing all phases of project execution—from pre-construction planning to final closeout—ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing large-scale mechanical construction projects, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Additional duties include coordination with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to maintain workflow and quality standards. Candidates must be self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
