🌟 Client Services Specialist

Location : Tucson, AZ 85711 (onsite)

Company : Advanced Financial Corporation

Work Hours : Assigned between 7am–5pm, Mon–Fri

Training : 3 weeks, paid

Start Date : November 4, 2025

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Handle high-volume inbound calls (80+ daily)
• Assist with ACH setups / cancellations
• Process payments, adjustments, credits, and mail correspondence
• Support customers logging into the payment portal
• Calculate loan payments and provide account guidance
• Deliver exceptional service with a solutions-first mindset

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00 / hr.
