Field Enablement Program Manager

A company is looking for a Field Enablement Program Manager (f / m / d).

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver structured enablement programs for various GTM roles

Collaborate cross-functionally with Field leaders and other departments to support enablement goals

Act as a program owner, facilitating training and onboarding integration

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Enablement, Program Management, Sales, or Customer Experience roles

Strong project management skills with the ability to drive complex initiatives

Experience with global stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Proficiency with enablement platforms, Salesforce, and LMS systems

Bachelor's degree required
