A company is looking for a Director of Strategy & Insights to lead a team of analysts in delivering data-driven insights for marketing strategy and product direction.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the development and execution of a data strategy and roadmap focused on analytics and product innovation

Lead and mentor analysts in campaign reporting and ad-hoc analysis for clients and internal teams

Translate industry trends and data findings into actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in data and analytics, with 3+ years in building and scaling data teams

Proven ability to translate data insights into business strategies for internal and client-facing audiences

Experience leading analytics or strategy teams, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or automotive sectors

Strong understanding of marketing analytics and business performance metrics

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent experience
