Key Responsibilities
As Clinical Director, you will lead with compassion, expertise, and integrity while ensuring clinical excellence across all programs.
Provide clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight for all ABA services.
Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and BCBAs in delivering ethical and effective care.
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
Oversee data collection and analysis, monitor client progress, and adjust programming as needed.
Conduct parent and caregiver training sessions to foster family engagement and collaboration.
Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with families and staff.
Ensure compliance with professional, ethical, and regulatory standards.
Promote a positive, team-oriented culture rooted in honesty, respect, and compassion.
Lead ongoing training and professional development initiatives for all team members.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
Current, active BCBA certification.
Minimum 2 years of clinical and supervisory experience in an ABA setting.
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities with a collaborative mindset.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
