Key Responsibilities :

• Team leadership : Recruit, train, and lead an enthusiastic team to achieve company goals, promote a positive culture, and maintain a supportive work environment.
• Operational excellence : Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Customer experience : Work to provide a memorable dining experience for all guests by upholding high service standards and addressing customer concerns effectively.
• Financial management : manage budgets, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Additionally, observe trends, and maintain regular contact with the financial team for open communication. Handle cash and trips to the bank.
• Compliance : ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Labor management : use forecasted sales to ensure labor goals are met in each department.
• Inventory control : manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed to minimize waste and control expenses. Be proactive in observing trends and provide explanations for any changes
