Job Description :
As a Senior I&C SCADA Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in our team, offering technical expertise in SCADA systems and control disciplines.
You will lead projects, mentor junior staff, and foster collaborative relationships within the team and with our clients.
We are a leading Systems Integrator and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) committed to the design and implementation of advanced electrical, power, and process control systems for water / wastewater plants and facilities.

Job Summary :
You will be recognized as a subject matter expert in SCADA systems, providing technical guidance on projects of varying complexity.
Your role includes the mentoring and training of junior staff, technical leadership on projects, and support for departmental tasks aimed at achieving continuous improvement.
Essential Functions :
- Configure, set up, and maintain SCADA hardware and software systems.
- Conduct factory functional testing of control systems, including HMI and SCADA configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex control system issues in the field.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams on projects.
- Lead the technical execution of startups for large-scale and complex I&C projects.
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and clients.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in SCADA programming and development.
- Proficiency in SCADA software packages such as Wonderware, Ignition, and WinCC.
- Knowledge of Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL Server, and Visio.
- Thorough understanding of TCP / IP based protocols and Industrial Control Systems Cyber security.
