Allocation Management (Preferencing, Ordering) : Must learn model numbers, color, equipment packages. Inventory Analysis trends, order limitations Must learn Ford WBDO system and order process.

Communication wholesale meetings with Mfg. rep, Management team, Loaner Admin, DT Drivers

Facilitate Dealer Trades + Timely Pick-Up / Drop Off + No Damage + Financial Equality Match Against Needs + Dealer Trade Driver Schedules, Routes, Gas Cards, Dealer Plates, Etc.

Conduct Physical Inventory Audits + Key Management + Lot Location + Vehicle Condition (Cleanliness, Flat Tires, Dead Batteries, Etc.)

Manage Loaner Program - Inventory + Key Management + Manage Loaner Program Guidelines for Mileage, Time. + Evaluate Loaner Vehicles Versus Inventory Need. + Work With Loaner Admin on Aging Vehicles, Maintenance, Condition of Vehicles
