What You'll Do :

Oversee accounting operations, including general ledger, financial reporting, and reconciliations

Lead month-end and year-end close processes with accuracy and efficiency

Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis to drive business decisions

Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal policies, and regulatory standards

Manage and mentor a small accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration

Work cross-functionally with operations and leadership to improve financial processes

What We're Looking For :

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA preferred)

6+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing experience strongly preferred)

Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls

Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel

Leadership skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to drive process improvements
