Texas Licensed Sr. Director of Accounting

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Revenue Enablement Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

Set strategic priorities and guide teams through innovative approaches to address long-term risks and opportunities

Build and implement scalable programs and methodologies to drive knowledge and behavioral change

Lead the development of sustainable internal controls and support the growth of the business through clear objectives and targets

Required Qualifications

CPA and bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent required

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience, including 5+ years in an operational accounting leadership role

Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition in SaaS and Fintech environments

Demonstrated expertise in developing and scaling a revenue enablement accounting function

Experience with Oracle ERP or comparable systems in support of revenue recognition processes
