We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Residential Construction Estimator to join our growing team in Houston, TX. In this vital role, you'll help shape successful residential projects by preparing precise and competitive cost estimates that keep projects efficient, profitable, and on track.

What You'll Do

• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and project documents to develop accurate cost estimates.
• Prepare detailed material take-offs, labor estimates, and subcontractor / vendor pricing.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to clarify scope and resolve discrepancies.
• Solicit and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Develop and maintain cost databases, unit pricing, and project budgets for management and clients.
• Track project costs and provide timely updates throughout bidding and construction phases.
• Stay current with industry trends, building codes, and best practices to ensure top-tier performance and compliance.
