Leaders Furnitureis urgently seeking adriven, focused Sales Professionalto join our vibrant team at7680 S Tamiami Trail, Sarasota, FL 34231. What We Offer

Training & Growth : 14-week onboarding, quarterly training, and ongoing development to fuel your success.

Compensation : Paid training, hourly base + commission on sales, delivery, and protection plans. ($50K -$55K annual)

Schedule : 40-hour workweek | MS 107, Sun 106 | Generous PTO with no blackout dates.

Culture : Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven environment where your wins are celebrated.

What You Bring :

Weekend and holiday availability (were closed Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter)

Ability to lift 2025 lbs and travel to Largo for training

Strong communication skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude

Comfort with POS systems and a passion for helping customers find the perfect fit
