Google User Experience (UX) is made up of multi-disciplinary teams of UX Designers, Researchers, Writers, Content Strategists, Program Managers, and Engineers. We care deeply about the people who use our products. The UX team collaborates with engineering and product management to create industry-leading products that deliver value for users and Google’s businesses. As an Interaction Designer, you’ll rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences—from concept to execution. You’ll collaborate with design partners to evolve the Google design language to build beautiful, innovative, inspired products that people love to use.

In this role, you will define a cohesive product goal, leveraging generative AI to pioneer seamless user experiences that blend voice and text. In Google Search, we’re reimagining how people search for information—any way and anywhere—and you’ll contribute to solving complex engineering challenges while maintaining a universally accessible experience for billions of users. This role offers the opportunity to make an impact on billions of people globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $224,000-$315,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process. Please note that the compensation details listed reflect base salary only and do not include bonus, equity, or benefits.
