Job descriptionRGN and Step Deck opportunities available Salary pay available Base pay range : $0.60 - $0.66 / mi $1,200 orientation pay Safety & clean inspection bonuses Home time : typically 3-4 weeks out, 3-4 days home Hiring area : all 48 contiguous states Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance 401K with company match Paid time off Referral bonus : $3000 No-cost rider program Toll tags and CAT scale pass Career Advancement Program - climb the ladder to better loads & premier pay Valid CDL A License Must be 22 years of age 1 year OTR experience in the last 3 years OR 2 years of OTR experience in the last 5 years 6+ months verifiable flatbed experience

Specialized drivers earn up to $150,000 per year
Standard OTR drivers earn up to $85,000 per year
