2+ years HR experience
Data Entry (Excel)
Onboarding / Benefits
Recruiting / Job Fairs
Employee files, I-9
New Hire Orientation and processing
Backup for payroll
Communication skills
Eager to learn

Requirements :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related administrative role.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
Experience with onboarding processes and conducting orientations for new employees.
Strong organizational skills to manage employee records and compliance documentation.
Ability to support payroll activities and maintain confidentiality.
Effective communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
Demonstrated ability to organize and participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs.
Eagerness to learn and adapt within a dynamic work environment.
