The HR Coordinator will provide support for the Human Resource functions for All States Construction, Inc. and all subsidiaries and affiliates with a focus on facilities in Maine.

The physical demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and use hands, see, reach with hands and arms, handle, feel, talk, and listen. The employee is occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, bend, crouch or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to ten pounds.
Position Requirements :
Minimum of 2-5 years experience with general human resource tasks. Must be highly motivated, sound judgment, ability to multi-task. Exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of human resources practices and laws affecting administration. Must have a valid drivers license, pass a background check, physical and drug screen. Reliable transportation is required.
Work Environment :
The noise level in the work environment ranges from moderate in the office to occasionally loud at field locations.
