Resident Director

The Resident Director (RD) is a part-time, live-in member of the Office of Residence Life staff, responsible for assisting in the administration of a residential community(ies). The RD is also responsible for assisting with the development of programs and services that support the mission of the Office of Residence Life. In all activity, the RD recognizes that support of the departmental mission and service to students are a top priority.

Supervision and leadership of Resident Assistants. Present training and program sessions for residents and staff. Conduct weekly staff meetings with ORL staff. Assist with selection, training, supervision and evaluation of staff members. Conduct weekly building/area walk-through's. Other supervision, programming and administrative duties as assigned.

Pay rate: $10.00 per hour
