Manager, Quality Review Program Lead
We are seeking a Program Lead to oversee and evolve our Quality Review Programs (Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and Data Quality). This individual will provide strategic leadership, ensuring that our programs are proactive in identifying risks and opportunities, while continuously evolving to meet enterprise needs. The successful candidate will be a forward-looking leader who not only manages the current state but also anticipates what's nextconnecting insights across the business, strengthening governance, and ensuring our quality programs drive measurable, positive impact.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the QA / QC / DQ program strategy, governance, and evolution.
Provide program health updates on a regular cadence, measuring effectiveness and outcomes.
Partner with associate readiness teams to ensure quality findings translate into new or refreshed training.
Provide indirect leadership and mentoring for quality reviewers (QC, QA, DQ).

Basic Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, data quality, risk management, or program governance.
At least 2 years of experience working with metrics, reporting, and visual data storytelling.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, data quality, risk management, or program governance.
3+ years of experience working with metrics, reporting, and visual data storytelling.
3+ years of experience in financial services, regulatory, or risk management environments.
The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
McLean, VA : $146,100 - $166,700 for Risk Manager
Richmond, VA : $132,800 - $151,600 for Risk Manager
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
