Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Telemetry position on a Med / Surg / Tele unit with night shifts and a minimum of one year recent specialty experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Position is in a hospital Med / Surg / Telemetry unit
  • Night shift schedule from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 30 AM
  • 13-week assignment
  • Patient population includes medical-surgical and telemetry cases
  • RTO requests of less than 1 week may be granted
  • Candidates must be prepared for standard telemetry nursing duties for a diverse Med / Surg patient population
  • No Canadian Social Insurance Numbers are accepted
  • Holiday coverage may be required per unit needs

  • Active IN or Compact RN license required
  • At least 1 year of recent experience in telemetry or related specialty required
  • All certifications and licenses must remain active for the duration of the assignment
  • No gaps in work history longer than 90 days within the past 12 months
  • Candidates who have been permanent staff at any CHS facility within the past 2 years are not eligible
  • Local candidates within a 50-mile radius are not accepted
