Ryder is immediately hiring a permanent full-time Warehouse Team Lead in Hebron, Kentucky.

Position Description

  • Hourly Pay : $21.00 per hour
  • Overtime Pay : $31.50 per hour
  • Schedule : Sunday-Thursday 3 : 00 am-12 : 00 pm

    • Responsibilities

  • Lead and ensure continuous improvement for optimal operational efficiency.
  • Perform warehouse functions (loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, cycle counting).
  • Allocate resources and organize daily work duties for shift / team logistics.
  • Inspire and guide team members toward improved KPIs.
  • Assist in employee orientation and provide necessary tools and technology.
  • Promote health & safety methods within the warehouse.
  • Handle day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.).
  • Complete and submit daily reports; propose action plans to enhance operations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Qualifications

  • High-school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
  • 1+ year powered industrial truck experience (preferred).
  • 1+ year previous Team Lead experience (preferred).
  • 1+ year Microsoft Office experience (preferred).
  • 1+ year previous warehouse experience (preferred).
  • RF scanner advanced experience required.
  • Valid forklift operator's license.
  • Strong verbal & written communication skills.
  • Effective leadership skills and flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Proactive approach to responsibilities and composure under pressure.
  • Health & safety method knowledge.
  • Bilingual (for Québec locations only).
