Property Support

Makowsky Ringel Greenberg is seeking experienced leasing and / or apartment management professionals for a full-time property support position. Property support personnel move to different apartment communities within the corporate portfolio to fill in when a position is open or when a permanent staff member is on leave. Depending on the assignment, they may be operating as a property manager, assistant manager, or leasing consultant. This position's work schedule changes depending on the assignment; Saturday hours may be required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

• Leasing
• Promote positive image of the apartment community
• Resident relations and retention
• Management and administration
