Program Manager
The Program Manager leads the Vendor Account Coordinator program across multiple regions. This includes ownership of program strategy, execution, and performance measurement, while ensuring compliance with Microsoft's external staff policies and driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities
Program Strategy & Execution
Own and evolve the program strategy and roadmap across global regions.
Develop and manage the project plan, timelines, and resource allocation.
Define and track performance metrics aligned to business outcomes.
Operational Excellence
Drive consistency in sales processes, ticket management, and success KPIs.
Identify and implement scalable initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Conduct regular business reviews to deliver reporting, optimization strategies, and measurable impact.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Liaise with suppliers and manage onboarding / offboarding processes.
Ensure policy adherence and compliance with Microsoft's external staff guidelines.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and remove blockers.
Work closely with organizational leadership and regional sales managers to balance standards with innovation.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Establish cadence for workload management and team bandwidth.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across business units and geographies.
Align stakeholders and drive consensus on program goals and execution.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 6+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
OR equivalent experience.
2+ years Vendor / supplier experience
4+ years stakeholder communications
4+ years leveraging data, strategic thinking and process development
2+years indirect people management
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 8+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or related field AND 12+ years experience in program management, process management, or process improvement.
OR equivalent experience.
4+ years working with Microsoft 365 Suite demonstrating advanced proficiency.
Business Program Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year.
