Job descriptionLead and manage a sales team of 6 to 10 sales representatives. Develop and implement KPIs for sales personnel to ensure goal attainment. Conduct one-on-one meetings with sales team members to provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback. Participate actively in the field, working alongside sales personnel to understand market challenges and opportunities. Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies. Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment. Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and competitor activities. Proven sales experience, particularly in a managerial role. Experience in the roofing or construction industry is highly preferred. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to undergo drug and background screening. Ability to work well with others and maintain a positive team dynamic.
