Labor And Employment Associate Attorney

A law firm in Fresno is seeking a skilled Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 7 years of general litigation experience, with a strong preference for Labor and Employment Law experience. The role requires a current California license and involves handling labor and employment law cases, managing a diverse caseload, and providing high-quality legal representation.

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

• Represent clients in various labor and employment law matters, including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, and workplace safety issues.
• Manage a diverse caseload of labor and employment law cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and provide informed legal advice.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Represent clients in administrative hearings, arbitration, and court proceedings.
• Advise clients on compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations.
• Develop and implement effective legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Negotiate settlements and engage in alternative dispute resolution processes when applicable.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, strategic recommendations, and resolve any issues.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to build and execute case strategies.
