Role & Responsibilities
The Resource Specialist will support the recruitment and resourcing of skilled professionals across PTAG's projects. This role is essential in helping to identify, coordinate, and mobilize talent for ongoing and upcoming client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening applicants, scheduling interviews, and supporting onboarding activities.
- Work closely with project teams to understand staffing needs and maintain candidate pipelines.
- Support staff mobilization by coordinating logistics such as travel, accommodations, and onboarding requirements.
- Assist with basic work permit and visa documentation processes in collaboration with internal teams and external consultants.
- Maintain and update candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and prepare recruitment activity reports.
- Support employer branding efforts by posting jobs online, coordinating with the marketing team, and attending recruitment events.
- Collaborate with vendors and recruitment agencies when needed.
Qualifications
