Workday Application Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Applications (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Configure, maintain, and support HCM modules within the Workday ERP platform

Serve as a liaison between end-users and IT, providing technical consultation and support for HCM areas

Develop and maintain system documentation and training materials while monitoring production systems for issues

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field (experience may be considered in lieu of degree)

Proven experience with ERP systems, preferably in a healthcare or patient care environment

Solid understanding of Human Capital Management processes and workflows

Experience with Workday HCM modules
