DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assisting stores with ensuring customers receive all their prescriptions in a

timely manner.

2. Maintain pharmacy records as required in accordance with Standard Practice

and by law.

3. Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.

4. Follow and adhere to attendance and paid time off policies.

5. Coordinate and assist with scheduling.

6. Understand and adhere to state specific and federal laws and regulations.

7. Assist in third party audits as needed.

8. Share in responsibility for department maintenance and cleanliness by

maintaining the quality of department's appearance and presentation.

9. Maintain and assist with ordering pharmacy department supplies (e.g. bags,

labels, staples, etc.)

10. Observe, adhere, and understand all company policies and Company Standard

Practices.

11.Always maintain a neat, well-groomed personal appearance and comply with

company personal appearance and dress code policies.

12.Support company safety standards. Communicate any needed equipment

repairs or maintenance work needed. Keep work area free of debris and safety

hazards.

13. Treat all co-workers with fairness, dignity, and respect.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Successful completion of criminal background check and drug testing as required.
• Maintain current national certification and state license as required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong keyboard skills and a demonstrated ability to learn new software applications.
• Effective time management skills and sense of urgency.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical

Physical Requirements

1. Sit or stand 100% of the shift with occasional walking short distances.

5. Frequent / continuous reaching, grasping, lifting, and carrying up to 20 lb. below the

waist level and at or above shoulder level.

6. Bend at the knees and waist repetitively throughout the workday.

7. Have sufficient visual acuity and audio capability to process prescriptions and service

customers.

Salary range is between $ 19.80 - $27.00 Hrly
