Your Role:
As the Infection Preventionist/Educator, you will:

• Develop, implement, and monitor infection control programs to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Educate staff on infection prevention protocols, policies, and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits, assessments, and reviews to identify and address potential risks.
• Lead staff training programs to foster a culture of safety, learning, and professional development.
• Serve as a resource and mentor to staff, promoting adherence to infection prevention standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current RN license in the state of New Jersey (required).
• Certification in Infection Control (CIC) or willingness to obtain it (preferred).
• Previous experience in infection prevention and control, ideally in a long-term care or healthcare setting.
• Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Commitment to providing a safe and supportive environment for residents and staff.
