Director of Sales, Western US at Target Specialty Products
We are currently seeking an energetic, self-motivated individual to cover the structural pest management & fumigation markets. Candidate must have a 4-year degree (in biological sciences) or 5 years experience (management or sales) in Structural Pest Management. Must possess good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead sales efforts in the Western United States for structural pest management and fumigation markets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, distributors and stakeholders; use consultative selling techniques.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and drive business growth within the territory.
- Travel within the territory; operate with a home-office setup and varying daily locations (Sacramento and surrounding areas).
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in management or sales in structural pest management / vector, or a 4-year college degree in biological sciences.Outgoing, energetic and persistent; excellent relationship-building and communication skills.Professional appearance and demeanor; comfortable presenting to individuals and small groups.Proficient computer skills : internet, email, contact management software and smartphone operation.Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual is a plus.QAL, SPCB License required or must be obtained while employed.Benefits
