Job Title : Software Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)

Location : Lansing, MI

Onsite Requirement : 2 day a week (Tuesday & Wednesday)

Duration : Long-term Contract (1 year+)

Pay Rate : $50-55 / hr

Position Overview :

Brooksource is seeking a Senior Programmer / Analyst with extensive experience in CRM industry, D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform technical solutions, and Java development. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and delivering system and software architecture designs, strategies, and quality assurance plans. This role requires clear and concise communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, prototype, develop, and implement software solutions to achieve business objectives for clients.
• Lead and deliver solutions utilizing D365 Customer Engagement / Power Platform, object-oriented, service-oriented architecture, and n-tier architectures.
• Adopt, develop, and execute robust software development lifecycle methodologies, following industry best practices.
• Engage with senior technical team leaders to contribute to long-term technology strategy and planning for the organization.
• Participate in project teams, clarifying business needs and requirements, performing analysis, design, development, integration, and maintenance of systems across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize delivery capabilities and provide value to clients.
• Manage projects or tasks using industry project delivery methodologies and best practices.
