Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney / Bilingual (English-Spanish Req)

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Bankruptcy Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a background in consumer bankruptcy law.

• Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Qualifications
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Florida
• Member of the Bar of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida
• Familiarity with e-filing via CM / ECF
• Familiarity with Bestcase bankruptcy petition preparation software
• Prior experience attending court hearings, confirmation hearings, and 341 meetings
• At least 1 year of Bankruptcy experience
• Spanish required
• Consumer Bankruptcy Attorney Duties
• Represent clients in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 7, and 13 filings
• Draft and review legal documents such as petitions, motions, and pleadings with precision and clarity
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in court hearings and mediations

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
