We're looking for talented individuals ready to fulfill their potential. ICF is a consulting firm with a large, independent marketing agency comprised of a team of communications professionals. Within this team is a marketing group that supports energy clients through strategy, advertising, and other services to promote energy solutionsprimarily focused on energy efficiency. This team produces award-winning work that changes behavior and helps individuals, communities, and the environment. We help our clients and communities use less energy, save money, and protect the environment through marketing and outreach initiatives.

This is an entry-level, on-call position that is expected to begin in January 2026. Anticipated hours per week are 20, but may vary based on overall business needs. This position is fully-remote, but selected individual may be expected to attend occasional meetings or events that are generally in the Atlanta area. Pay is $23 per hour.

What you will be doing :

• Planning and managing marketing efforts for trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings
• Maintaining an inventory and directory of marketing materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
• Shipping marketing materials to staff across the utility service territory
• Managing costs within event budgets
• Communicating with program, account, and creative teams to ensure timely completion of tasks
• Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies and event locations
• Working with procurement to get vendor contracts signed and ensure timely payment
• Developing timelines and ensuring deadlines are met
• Tracking event performance and compiling post-event reports to inform future planning

Pay Range

There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position based on full-time employment is : $34,392.00 - $58,466.00 Georgia Remote Office (GA99)
