We are seeking responsible and reliable Forman to join our team.
Applicant must have 3+ years experience in all aspects of paver work, retaining walls, involving layers and leveling, angles & cutting, etc.
Qualifications :
- Be on time, hard working and reliable.
- Operate machinery and tools (saws, tamper, motorized buggy, bobcat, powerwasher, etc.)
- Pull and back-up trailer.
- Heavy lifting, as we work with brick pavers, rocks, boulders, lumber, drywall, etc.
- Must possess a valid CDL - Chauffeur's License (Preferred)
- Clean driving record with no accidents or violations
- Ability to pass a physical and drug screening
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be able to manage, and train a team.
- Knowledge of local roads and highways
Expected Hours : Full Time - 40 hours. When off season we switch to indoor remodels such as, bathroom, kitchens, basements, etc.
Pay will be based on experience.
