Associate Director, Field Reimbursement, Botox Therapeutic

This role is field-based, and candidates should live within a reasonable distance from the primary city. The geography includes the following cities : Phoenix, Arizona; Irvine, California; Salt Lake City, Utah; Saint Louis, Missouri; Houston, Texas; Dallas, Texas; Austin, Texas; Denver, Colorado.
Responsibilities
- Ensure team compliance with the appropriate ways of working
- Assist in the implementation of patient services access resources and programs into area execution
- Work with peers in Market Access and Trade to understand the changing Healthcare Landscape
- Communicate patient services and access program information to sales teams in a compliant way
- Utilize analytics tools to monitor call activity and capacity
- Develop, implement and execute effective skill development plans for direct reports
- Develop, monitor and advance development planning process with direct reports
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in coverage, coding, managed healthcare, and / or market access, Payer Account Management, Field Reimbursement Manager or equivalent roleMinimum 3 years of experience leading field teams, successful team coaching, management and personnel development experienceBachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience requiredThorough understanding of the technical payer policy processes, systems and requirements for coverage, coding and payment for specialty medicinesDemonstrated understanding of the rules, regulations and risks associated with provision of reimbursement support services and how to monitor and mitigate for those risksComprehensive understanding of Parts A, B, C and D or Medicare and associated reimbursement dynamicsStrong understanding of drug acquisition and dispensing in the Neuroscience spaceTrack record of strong leadership contributionsDriving a personal auto or company car or truck, or a powered piece of material handling equipmentValid driver's license : Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening test and meet safe driving requirementsAn essential requirement of your position is to satisfy all applicable health care industry representative (HCIR) credentialing requirements to gain and maintain entry into facilities and organizations that are in your assigned territoryAbbVie has resources to answer questions you may have regarding your responsibilities.
Additional Information : The compensation range is $137,500 - $261,000. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off (vacation, holidays, sick), medical / dental / vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees. This job is eligible to participate in our short-term and long-term incentive programs.
