What You'll Do :

Greet visitors, employees, and / or contractors at the front desk, verifying identification and access credentials as required by site-specific policies.

Provide customer service by answering inquiries, offering directions, and assisting with general information related to the location.

Monitor entry and exit points, helping to deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.

Maintain accurate logs of visitor and contractor check-ins and check-outs, as well as other front desk activities as directed by the location's protocols.

Support the implementation of security-related procedures and protocols specific to facilities in the utilities sector.

Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and / or management, representing Allied Universal at the location.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be at least 21 years of age.

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
