NOW HIRING- 3rd shift PALLETIZER

LOCATION : Kings Mountain

Schedule : [3rd Shift, Monday–Friday. Sat at needed, 10 : 00 PM–6 : 30 AM]

Pay Rate : $18.63 per hour

Job Summary :

The Palletizer is responsible for efficiently stacking, wrapping, and preparing finished goods for shipment in a safe and organized manner. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the flow of production, ensuring product quality, and supporting warehouse and shipping operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate palletizing machinery and conveyor systems to stack finished products according to specifications.

Inspect products for correct labeling, packaging integrity, and quality standards before palletizing.

Wrap pallets securely using stretch-wrap equipment or by hand to prevent damage during transit.

Label pallets accurately with product information and destination details.

Move completed pallets to designated storage or shipping areas using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Report any mechanical issues or product discrepancies to the supervisor immediately.

Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and quality control guidelines.

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed, including loading / unloading trucks or replenishing materials.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Previous experience in a manufacturing, packaging, or warehouse environment preferred.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.

Basic understanding of production or warehouse equipment operation.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Work Environment

Fast-paced production or warehouse setting.

Exposure to loud noise, moving machinery, and varying temperatures.

Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toe shoes.
