Job Details for 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor :

  • Location : Charlotte, NC
  • Pay Rate : $21$25 / hr (based on experience), paid weekly
  • Schedule : 3rd Shift

Job Responsibilities for 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor :

  • Oversee and support production operations during the 3rd shift
  • Step in for the primary Shift Supervisor as needed to ensure smooth workflow
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of up to 30 production employees
  • Maintain compliance with all safety procedures and quality standards
  • Execute daily production schedules efficiently and accurately
  • Conduct inspections to ensure products meet specifications
  • Identify and resolve workflow or production challenges
  • Train and coach team members to improve performance and productivity
  • Ensure all materials, tools, and instructions are available and properly distributed
  • Collaborate with management on shift progress and continuous improvement initiatives

    • Job Requirements for 3rd Shift Warehouse Supervisor :

  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory or lead experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong understanding of production operations; plastics experience a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred)
  • Proven leadership, problem-solving, and safety management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications
  • Excellent communication skills and a hands-on leadership approach
