What You’ll Bring

• Relevant Expertise : Juris Doctorate and licensed and in good standing with the state bar. A strong background in public and private company mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions in a law firm setting. (AmLaw experience preferred, not required).
• Leadership Experience : Proven ability to serve as a lead associate attorney, including drafting definitive agreements, overseeing transaction workflows, supervising junior associates, coordinating with specialists, and managing client relationships.
• Excellence in Execution : Superior academic credentials, strong law firm experience, and polished verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
• Collaborative Approach : A natural ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders, including clients, transaction counterparts, and subject matter experts.
